During the cow festival or GAIJATRA, people participate in a procession where people wear funny costumes and make-ups,  then the participants begin ridiculing and befooling the important people of the society, (for some traditional reason/ value) the occassion is filled with jokes, mockery and humour of every kind for the whole day specially pointing towards the CORRUPTED POLITICIANS. Hence, the song speaks itself, it is asking everyone to celebrate GAIJATRA everyday as the society is in Chaos!
