Opening the compilation, Joseph Crime & lobono deliver the stunning ‘What’s Inside’ - an ambient yet driven journey that evokes sunset sessions with its organic melodies and a true sense of nature woven into the electronic landscape, creating a deeply soothing atmosphere. Con’s Universe makes his Purified debut with ‘Midwest’, an uplifting and hopeful track built around delicate piano synths, soft percussive elements, and an indie-tinged vocal that adds a warm, introspective touch. Closing the release, newcomers Blended and Oxbin present ‘Elevate’, a cinematic blend of rich melodic layers, epic piano moments and soulful strings that tie beautifully into the compilation’s emotive, immersive vibe.

Taken by Juan Mora, the ‘Fragments XXXII’ artwork shows a Humpback Whale (Megaptera Novaeangliae) swimming in the Pacific Ocean, Mexico. A Colombian biologist, UW photographer, and expedition leader, Juan has dedicated his life and work to ocean advocacy. His camera serves as a powerful tool to share his passion and highlight the importance of protecting our planet.

Each winter, thousands of humpback whales return to the warm, sheltered bays of Mexico’s Pacific coast. Safeguarding these waters is the mission of EcoBac (@ecologiayconservacionballenas), which coordinates RABEN - a first-of-its-kind national network of trained professionals and volunteers stationed along key points of the coastline, ready to respond when whales become entangled in fishing gear.

A warm welcome back to Planet TAU for Sam Shure. The berlin based producer and DJ first landed here in 2023 with the Deviated EP, returning earlier this year to remix Gumm. Now Sam is back in full effect with a brand new three-tracker entitled Manifest. This new release is a continuation of Sams diverse approach, bringing together a variety of styles and flavours encompassing his forward-thinking outlook. The EP kicks off with the title track. Manifest works off a hypnotic groove, with a captivating low end and mesmerising percussion working together to lock you in. Sams expertise shines through as the cut unravels steadily, subtle elements adding to the tension and momentum. As we enter the main body of the track, the energy picks up and an uplifting vocal is introduced bit by bit. Piano keys punctuate the breakdown, as the vocal is revealed in all its glory. Sam really ramps up the impact of this one as it progresses towards its conclusion. Lonely Road follows next with a house-infused groove, plenty of cowbell and a high-energy vocal. The dense low end provides this one with all its power, as the percussive elements add movement and irresistible layers of rhythm. The vocal really comes into its own during the breakdown, which provides a climactic moment, sending energy levels soaring as strings enter the frame. One that will send the dance floor into a frenzy. Finally, My Goodbye closes things out on a more sombre note. A jazzy influence pervades, the mood encompasses various shades of grey and the stuttered beats push things along with purpose. This is Sam Shure in a more pensive state, though things ramp up after the breakdown, offering a brighter second half. A symphony of buoyant sounds combines to create a more positive, optimistic segment. The narrative arc of this cut moves through melancholy into happiness and ends with a more toned-down atmosphere.
