The Fragments series continues with its 32nd edition, introducing a fresh wave of talent to the Purified family. Opening the compilation, Joseph Crime & lobono deliver the stunning ‘What’s Inside’ - an ambient yet driven journey that evokes sunset sessions with its organic melodies and a true sense of nature woven into the electronic landscape, creating a deeply soothing atmosphere. Con’s Universe makes his Purified debut with ‘Midwest’, an uplifting and hopeful track built around delicate piano synths, soft percussive elements, and an indie-tinged vocal that adds a warm, introspective touch. Closing the release, newcomers Blended and Oxbin present ‘Elevate’, a cinematic blend of rich melodic layers, epic piano moments and soulful strings that tie beautifully into the compilation’s emotive, immersive vibe. 

‘Fragments XXXII’ offers a cohesive listening experience defined by organic textures, emotive melodies and a gentle yet persistent energy - perfect for those seeking music that nurtures the soul while keeping the pulse alive.

Taken by Juan Mora, the ‘Fragments XXXII’ artwork shows a Humpback Whale (Megaptera Novaeangliae) swimming in the Pacific Ocean, Mexico. A Colombian biologist, UW photographer, and expedition leader, Juan has dedicated his life and work to ocean advocacy. His camera serves as a powerful tool to share his passion and highlight the importance of protecting our planet.

Each winter, thousands of humpback whales return to the warm, sheltered bays of Mexico’s Pacific coast. Safeguarding these waters is the mission of EcoBac (@ecologiayconservacionballenas), which coordinates RABEN - a first-of-its-kind national network of trained professionals and volunteers stationed along key points of the coastline, ready to respond when whales become entangled in fishing gear.

On their double A side release via Manual Music's 90watts imprint, the Savrun Brothers deliver a pair of tracks that travel hand in hand yet reside in complementary emotional spaces.

'Reminisce' opens the dancefloor with an organic house energy laced with subtle nods to acid house. Crisp, fluid basslines and squelchy licks peek through the rhythmic foundation, while ethereal, mystique tinged vocal snippets drift in and out, casting moments of nostalgic introspection. The track strikes a balance: it is rooted in groove yet curious in texture, inviting repeated listens and surprises in its details.

Flipping to 'Saxeus', the tone deepens. Here lies the more introspective half of the release, slower to unfold, richer in harmonic nuance, and suffused with an emotional weight that turns inward. Where 'Reminisce' reaches outward, 'Saxeus' converses with the self, leaving more space in its arrangement and allowing subtle shifts in mood to resonate.
