Up next on Sublease Music is the production pair Leeni and Danilo Kupfernagel, who recently reworked Steve Bug & Clé’s Hallucinous.  

This time out the Berlin-based pair drop a three track EP called Interminable - with two versions of the lead track and an additional third, Cerca. 

The main mix of Interminable is a deep bomb, a chugging rhythm track punctuated by stabs and bubbling arpeggiated synth line - it’s a slick and rolling track designed for maximum impact. 





The Gorge remix dials in on the low end, teasing out a bassline that drives the rest of the track. 

Cerca closes out the EP, a tougher deep house cut with a driving groove.

New from @Pornbugs on Sublease is the M 9.12.4. EP - four tracks of tough and groovy deep house from the Bondage Music label heads. This is the second outing on Steven Bug’s Sublease, and the pair get the man himself to flip the title track here. 

The  original M 9.12.4. is a groove heavy, spacey piece of house music with a thick sub bass and trippy synths, while Steve Bug’s version takes it in a more techy direction. 

Additionally, No Denying is a rolling slow burner that grows and grows, while Oblivion completes the EP with more heads-down house full of atmosphere and intent.

Manchester’s Gareth Cole has built a solid reputation for dark and hypnotic house music over the last years, and his previous releases on Sublease have caused a stir across dancefloors for a couple of years. 

Returning to Steven Bug’s label for this No Sleep EP, Cole delivers 3 more reasons to get excited. 

The title track is a trippy burner, with  driving drums and delay-soaked stabs and chords. Gareth himself explains his process as “I set out to tell a story and vibe through the deep stabs and then create some dynamic moments in a club without resorting to any recognisable vocals and sounds. I really liked the feeling I got from the stabs so built my track around them.” 

Distinction is a touch harder, with a similar sound palette and a hypnotic vibe. Lasty, Dynamic is perhaps the deepest of the three, with an evolving synth hook that draws you into its groove.

We are excited to present the second release on our label, VA_RE_CORDS. This marks our first EP, and we're proud to showcase the talented Berlin-based artist CARLOS FRIDA. Titled Perception, the EP features three original tracks that highlight his unique sound, along with a remix by DANIEL MEISTER from Hungary. We hope you enjoy this immersive musical journey!

Frida Carlos began his musical journey at the age of five – today, he is an emerging DJ and producer who is making waves in Berlin’s club scene with his sensitive and finely tuned sound. Raised in a small town in the southwest of Germany and now based in Berlin, he found his way through various genres to electronic music. He has been producing music for over eight years, with his focus shifting clearly toward electronic sounds over the past two and a half years.
Shaped by nights at Sisyphos and inspired by the multilayered nature of Berlin’s club culture, Frida Carlos is developing a sound deeply rooted in minimal house, yet extending far beyond it. His productions and DJ sets blend elements of deep tech, Romanian minimal, and dub-like textures – carried by dreamy melodies that float between reality and memory. A subtly melancholic undertone runs through his sets, often placing dancefloors in a special state between movement and contemplation.
Since 2024, Frida Carlos has been releasing his own music – including on the Berlin-based label Berlin House Music – making a first, deliberately quiet yet powerful statement. No overhyped promises, no loud declarations – just honest music that resonates.
