For his inaugural EP with the TOR imprint - Never Knew - he summoned his exquisite brand of deep house. As the Londoner steps onto the Selectors decks for the first time, he continues to showcase his knack for low-slung groove and emotive hooks.

The busy Sicilian artist is - unlike other in-demand musicians - no overnight sensation but has steadily made his way to the top over the past decades. Whether as a solo artist, a member of Human Machine or cooperations with long time friends and musical affiliates like Lehar or Olderic Musumeci's music has the finger on the pulse as it manages to touch people at an emotional level due to its melodious focus that goes a long way towards losing people's daily struggles or sorrows. As a matter of fact Mauro, how close friends call Musumeci, not merely has proven that his own music productions strike a chord, but his signings for labels such as Multinotes, Engrave Ltd or Buttress, which he all co-founded, have done the same. Nevertheless the multi-talented artist remains humble and approachable for his followers, friends and musical family. Hello dear angel,

Even though we participate in raising awareness during #blackouttuesday we have decided to continue shining light through music. The music we upload on our SoundCloud is for us a way to give a message. We love to continue the music as it connects so many hearts and minds.

If you find kindness anywhere it is here in our family. But in these weird times I ask myself and all of us to radiate love and kindness, understanding and empathy, forgiveness and so on.

Before you two sets recorded live during the most beautiful United We Stream at De Marktkantine in Amsterdam. Our home, our nest, our dance heaven and even though it was empty a part from the team, the musicians and the performers. It brought back all the memories of the good.

So let's keep the focus on the good and make sure everything else will get better. At least we know that this set by our Maga blew us away completely.
