Here's the recording of my set from this past weekend where I made my debut in Washington DC for Ethereal District at Loves Me Not. The great vibes and people made it so much fun to play! Thankful for all you party people!

I'm happy to share my opening set for our first Rituals gathering of 2020 with special guests, Alice Iguchi and Chaim. The energy that this community brings out each and every event always results in a packed and energetic dance floor ready to groove for hours on end. This was the second time I have played with Rituals and I had a lot of excitement preparing to warm up the room. I arrived a bit early as usual to chat with friends and get some music playing a bit early for the event crew. The space was dark with the perfect amount of color and flare spread about to make for an intimate and inviting late night, lounge vibe. A number of good friends were scattered around the venue waiting at their posts for doors. I set out to explore the nooks and crannies of some musical realms that I don't often get chances to play. I had a blast setting the vibe for such a great crowd, and not to mention the stellar sets that followed by my friends, Sravan (@seven_beats), Kelly (@hummingbird_dj), Alice Iguchi (@aliceiguchi) and of course the legendary Chaim (@chaim_avital).  Thanks to the entire team at Rituals for giving me the space to curate this atmosphere for the first few hours. Can't wait to do it again soon!

Quarantine life has been a tremendous shift for us all. 

The persistent nag of uncertainty has become the drumbeat of our current existence. 

I’ve gotten through it with the help of way too much day job, a TON of great mixes on Soundcloud and a bunch of shenanigan fueled Zooms with my wife and friends.

Along the way, I picked up a Pioneer XDJ-RX2 all-in-one unit that’s given me the ability to mix live at the apartment for the first time in at least half a decade.

What I hope you’ll hear is a heady exploration of energy and wistfulness that I think represents the way in which I’m doing my best to look at our future together.

The world is healing.  It’s up to us to follow its lead.

After his collaborative release with NODO on our VA compilation last year, Mule (ARG) returns to Canopy Sounds with a stunning mix featuring some original work alongside some of his recent favorite tunes.

Mule is an Argentinian producer who thrives on the mellow and subtle flavors of organic house music. Frequenting collaborations with his friend NODO, his sound pallet is one of sultry summer afternoons as well as calm and cool evenings. The music revels in the simplicity of things and the beauty that exists within the smallest aspects of life. His latest productions with NODO have been released on Within Music and Mirrors Label.
