Initially written in Tulum, Mexico, during the pre-pandemic winter of 2019, 'Made of Wood' is physically entwined with the primeval forests that continue to inspire its maker: In the subsequent year it took to complete the album in Berlin, Oliver, aided by numerous live musicians and vocalists, brought his sketches to life with a focus on wooden instruments like djembes, marimbas, santoors or duduks, sculpting a natural sound that's warm in timbre, rich in groove and literally made of wood.    
 
Thanks to the imperfection of the human hand, the album sings with a bold vibrance that stretches from the LP's slow carnivalesque opener 'Caravana De Los Elefantitos' to the blue horns and Wennink's lamenting coos on the concluding ballad 'Turn'. Intermediately, Koletzki's rhythmic explorations take the shape of mythic odes ('Dear Mexican Jungle'), boisterous tribal dances ('La Veleta'), floor-focussed shakers ('Copal'), handpan-driven epics ('Cryptozoology' feat. Walter Scalzone) or subdued oriental belters ('Serpiente Del Ritmo' feat. ELIH) – emphasising his control over light and dark tonalities, over organic and synthetic sounds alike. Most strikingly, Oliver slowly breaks away from the album's natural feel in the mid-section, in which the disorienting, abstract stunner 'Picture' (with Niko Schwind & Judith Ahrends) rubs shoulders with the synth-crescendos of the bouncy 'Made of Cashmere', while the 14-minute long meditation 'A Starseed's Journey' makes for a powerful penultimate breather later on.  
 
Next to the meticulous attention to instrumentation and his instinctive touch, these twists and turns underline that Koletzki feels entirely at ease on 'Made of Wood' – like the true artisan he is.

Italian DJ and producer Malandra Jr., who already released a track on the fourth edition of Diynamic’s Four To The Floor” series, returns with his first full EP.
Opening the EP is title track “Magnetik”, a dark and hot-blooded late night vocal anthem. 
Following up is “Venezia”, whose main theme will transport you into a futuristic variation of a Baroque-esque masquerade.  
The third and final piece “Legend Star” is a high-octane melodic Techno tune for peak time moments on the dancefloor.

On September 4th, Peckham-based DJ and producer duo ​Chaos In The CBD ​will announce their ​In Dust We Trust ​UK & Ireland tour, and share a stream of their new track ‘Come Together’, from their upcoming 12” ‘Come Together / Digital Sound’.

The ​In Dust We Trust ​label tour will see the duo playing extended sets on a six-stop tour across the UK & Ireland, with stops at Manchester’s ​Hidden,​ London’s ​Corsica Studios ​and Brighton’s Patterns, ​with support from IDWT label co-founder Jon Sable.

They have also shared their new track ‘Come Together’, a jacking, percussive heavy hitter which features searing synths and a fierce bassline, from their new EP to be released on their IDWT imprint this October.

Louis from ​Chaos In The CBD says: “​Beans, Sable and I had been spitballing the idea of running a label for several years prior to moving to London in 2012. The turning point was getting a tattoo of IDWT on my arm in Paris, which for me meant I had to follow through with the project. After a long period of back and forth and feelings of trepidation leading up to the first release, the label has since gone from strength to strength.

The purpose of IDWT has always been to serve as an outlet to release our own music without being at the mercy of external labels, whilst also retaining full control of the project both musically and aesthetically. Our goal has always been to release timeless music that we will be proud of for decades to come. It’s been a natural progression since conception, and running label nights feels like the next logical step and will allow us to highlight some of our exceptionally talented DJ friends.”

Chaos In The CBD look set to close out 2019 on a high with a jam-packed worldwide tour ahead, including their ​In Dust We Trust ​label UK & Ireland tour, and stops at Tokyo, Melbourne, Montreal, Paris and Amsterdam.

Over the years, Berlin has been cited as Oliver Koletzki's main point of reference and, more importantly, his endless source of inspiration. His albums Großstadtmärchen and Großstadtmärchen 2 are wholehearted tributes of the German capital, as its importance is continuously hinted and charted. Friedrichshain, one of Berlin's vibrant districts, has always held a special place in Oliver's heart. This is where he started out when he first moved to the city, and this is where he lives now. Kreuzberg's wall paintings adorn Stil Vor Talent s cover sleeves and host their headquarters. There are little to no corners in the city that haven't brought a spark of inspiration into the mix. The Schneeweiss compilation series, now at its 11th installment, is built as a form of tribute to all these particles, tied in together into a series of carefully curated tracks. Oliver Koletzki Feat Monolink - We Are All Lost [Snippet]

The next release on Diynamic is a two track EP by Matteo Bruscagin titled "Rain before Sunset". 

"Rain", the first track of the EP, is a team effort of the Italian DJ and producer working with fellow countrymen Angelmoon, Visnadi and featuring Danny Losito on the captivating vocals. A compelling and emotional Deep House anthem that transports you into the setting of a shiny metropolis, driving through the empty streets at night. A track that is filled with the desire to finally leave the house and go out again.
"Sunset" is a more calm and melancholic piece by Matteo Bruscagin, with soothing chords and many small elements passing by.

All in all a record that hits the zeitgeist of the world we are currently finding ourselves in.

A cathartic experience lies within Stephan Jolk’s emotionally-charged techno, amongst the spiralling melodies and between the subtly-evolving layers.

A true citizen of the world, Stephan found his musical path when returning to his native Milan. His diverse cultural influences, as well as inspiration from the intrepid sounds of artists such as Aphex Twin and Moderat, inform the powerful, analog style he crafts from his studio.

His debut EP on Tale Of Us’ label Afterlife, released in May 2020, includes the long-awaited ‘Analogy’ and is a true statement to his flair for the dramatically epic. It occupies a space of its own, a colourful strand of techno where the rhythms carry his gift for widescreen, euphoric soundscapes.
