Indian producer Browncoat makes his debut on Spectrum, teaming up with longtime collaborator Nikhil Chinapa and the enchanting vocalist Mahakatha for their new single, Solace.

Browncoat, one of India's most prolific electronic artists, has established a formidable presence with releases on labels including Odd One Out, Poker Flat, Anjunabeats, and Steyoyoke. Beyond his productions, Browncoat and Nikhil are both pioneers of the electronic scene in India, championing underground sounds and hosting many of the world's finest DJs on the subcontinent.

Fresh off his 2024 hit 'Home' for Nora En Pure's Purified imprint, Browncoat joins forces with Nikhil and Mahakatha to craft a truly transcendent piece in Solace. Sung in Sanskrit-the world's oldest language-Mahakatha's evocative vocals deliver a morning prayer for a beautiful world. The pair were captivated by the prayer's profound meaning andMahakatha's emotive delivery, inspiring a delicate and respectful soundtrack that unites the vocal and music in perfect harmony.
