'Spanish house mainstay Piem joins forces with Barcelona's Richard Ulh for a brand new single on Moon Harbour.

Piem is a core label artist who last appeared here in Spring with 'Temptation.' It was the latest in a fine run of sounds that have also come on the likes of Relief, Knee Deep in Sound and Crosstown Rebels. His always on-point taste in fresh underground house serves him well as Music Curator at the W Hotel in Barcelona, and now he links up with a fellow tastemaker from the city, Richard Ulh. His chunky house with its rolling bass has taken him to labels such as Solid Grooves and while he DJs everywhere from elrow to Fabrik.

Their fantastic 'Meri Yaan' is a high-speed and high-drama house cut. The drums race on beneath fiery Indian vocals as bulbous bass and raw percussion all add plenty of heat. It's the sort of fat and full-flavour sound that cuts through the crowd and takes them on an explosive and expressive dance floor trip.

This is another big tune set for plenty of plays this summer and beyond.'

'Italian born electronic music artist MATTHEW, born and raised in Napoli, made his debut on VIVa MUSiC with his 'Neapolitan EP' almost exactly 12 months ago to the day. Having first previously released on Rich NxT 'What NxT' label bringing attention to his sound, MATTHEW makes a welcome return to VIVa MUSiC with his ‘Excusa Esto EP’ released 30th September. This EP leads from the front we are excited to share with you this incredible three track EP.

The EP opens with ‘Neno Excusa Esto’. If dynamism is what you look for in music, this is the one for you. Packed full of infectious energy from its jackin’ beats to high intense high speed rap vocals and moments of early electroclash production influences coming through. This is an ambitious and perfectly executed 6 minute journey we might never come down from so join us in hitting the repeat button and living it all over again!

Continuing this journey of sound, ‘Forsambaa’ opens with deep kicks and rhythmic funk driven drums that take us all the way through the track. As infectious as opener, ‘Neno Excusa Esto’, ‘Forsambaa’ is driven by dirty beats and hypnotic drum patterns. Chanting vocals that loop throughout making this a track that delivers any time day or night, commanding attention at the day time parties all the way through until the early hours with the lights down and the sun coming up. It leaves us with one question…. There is one more track to go on this EP, where are we going next?!

To close out, ‘Toodley’. Once again, MATTHEW delivers drums that are front and center, paired with a contagious bassline making it impossible to stand still listening to this EP. Chanting vocals are once again looped and draw us in. We’re completely lost in the music hoping this is a journey that never ends and are left wanting more.

'LA based underground house duo, Eurostep, Chris Marton and Parker Bacon have been making a name for themselves on the electronic music scene since the duos inception in 2018. They have become known for releasing music on renowned labels including CUFF, Nervous, Repopulate Mars, NONSTOP, La Pera before marking their return to Supernova’s label, Lapsus Music, with their latest release ‘Drippin’. 

The up-and-coming tastemakers have set out developing their own sound, blending melodic house with a curated selection of hedonistic, underground funk. On this outing, ‘Drippin’, sees the duo explore and showcase their minimal & deeper sound and influences. A bumping bassline leads the way, hats and shakers bring the dynamism on this stripped back journey from the duo. Paired with R&B vocals that provide the perfect juxtaposition to the underground sound for the EP’s opener. 

Remix duties on this one belong to label bosses Supernova. The duo’s take on the lead tack ‘Drippin’ doesn’t hold back. It goes deep, driving its way perfectly through 6 minutes of hypnotic beats and a bassline that are a flawless combination for the moments the lights are down and for the floor set to be filled. 

Closing out the EP ‘Private Dancer’ further deep dives in to Eurosteps minimal and deeper sound playfully hinting at their funk influences with a female R&B vocal to match bringing an exciting culmination to this latest offering on Lapsus Music. '

'Desert Hearts Records is more than excited to welcome none other than Audiojack to the family. Their characteristic sound has made them one of the most loved acts in the industry.
