Released back in 2006, 'Atlas' has reached its ten year anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with some shiny new remixes? From one duo another, Swiss pair Adriatique have swapped DIYmanic for devilish with their new re-imagining.

They've taken the techno bruiser and turned into a twinkly builder, one that keeps intact all of the components that make the original so good. The colossal main riff is still there, creating a nice amount of dread while tones flutter innocently in the background.

Die runde 60 ist da! Am 30. September 2016 bringt das Label von Sasha, @last-night-on-earth, eine neue EP raus, die eine Jubiläumsausgabe des Imprints sein wird. Protagonist ist @marcromboy, der sich nun in einer Reihe von Alex Niggemann, Dubspeeka, Fur Coat, Hunter/Game, La Fleur und Max Cooper einfügt. Der deutscher Musikproduzent, DJ und Labelchef aus Mönchengladbach hat hierzu eine drei-Track-starke EP mit den Titel „Oblique Tendencies“ abgeliefert.

Romboy follows up impressive outings from the likes of Theo Kottis, Timo Maas, My Favourite Robot and Sasha himself on the label in 2016, further establishing the imprint's seat among the tastemakers of the scene.

Friday Lights Music is kicking into the summer of 2018 with Matt Dwellers magical release 'ANKARAZ'. ''Ankaraz is an imaginary place in my mind that I enjoy to get lost in'' as Matt explains it himself. For us, this release is a statement of Matt's sound, fantasy, and abilities. 
The Original mix takes us to Matt's world. It is melodic, minimalistic, groovy and on point. Every time we're playing the original, it never leaves the floor uninterested. We can clearly hear Matt's insane abilities to create a magic trip with his typical 'Less is More'' approach.
Remixes are really epic on this one - each one is so different but at the same time, all are very loyal to the original. 
Ankaraz (Stoertebecker Remix) is giving us the energy and the power version. Sinan's progressive-aggressive approach is exactly the game here and we cannot see how it will not blow any trippin' dance floor. 
Ankaraz (Prosdo Remix) is killing it by the end of the EP. Prosdo's remix is pure techno and how well it suits the original! Kristian takes the main lead and rides it all the way with heavy techno basses, kicks, and percussions. Peak hours are the game here!

Get Physical turn to Spanish artist Squire for a pair of tracks that show the fast-rising star could be one of the breakouts of 2020.

Squire was brought up on jazz before getting into house sounds, and always keeps his grooves deep and emotive. With one eye on history but one foot heading forwards he has released on this label as well as Kindisch, Behrouz’s Do Not Sit On The Furniture and My Favorite Robot
Records amongst many more. This has taken him to clubs around Europe and even Burning Man, Space Ibiza and BPM Festival.

Tasteful house opener 'Inner World' is a sublime seven-minute opus with cinematic drama in the synths and effects that light up the drums. They are firmly rooted to the floor and get you in the zone and keep you there for the duration as a storytelling lead plots its own adventurous path with a hint of Middle Eastern melancholy.

The excellent 'Indicus' is a spine-tingling deep house track with more majestic synths and chords up top. They are brightly coloured and laden with a rollercoaster of emotions that makes this a hugely accomplished production that is again finished with some subtle Middle Eastern sounding vocal chanting.

This is assured and atmospheric house music as ever from Squire.

Mar Dean - Come with Me EP // 

Coming in for a full on Hive Audio label debut after already contributing a track to our „Summer Slices Compilation 2018“ is Mar Dean, another long standing activist from the Swiss underground now aiming at international dancefloors with his „Come With Me EP“ release.

Opening with the title track „Come With Me“ Mar Dean approaches high energy Tech House in a truly uplifting fashion, draws inspiration from classic HardBag build-ups and finally triggers ecstatic crowd reaction with a rolling monster of a bassline accompanied by masterly crafted melodic elements in motion. A true banger with a slightly progressive twist.

Dealing with „Volcano Pigs“ we see Mar Dean coming from a slightly different angle, catering a stompy, well sculpted and defo more Techno-leaning foundation drumwise before opening things up with intricate melodic interplay and slightly dubbed out House stabs, hard filtered vocal samples and ghostly FX for spine-tingling moments on the dancefloor.

Teaming up with vocalist Nicole, Mar Dean is in for serious „Euphoria“ caused by hyper-harmonic, somewhat melancholia inducing chord progressions in combination with emotionally touching storytelling – all falling together to form the most beautiful electronic love song you've heard in ages.

Finally German producer Ron Flatter is in for a remix treatment, transforming and reshaping „Euphoria“ into a captivating, ever cascading Tech House anthem infused with huge harmonic basslines, angelic pads and a big portion of ravey, intense vibes for an ultimate peaktime takeoff.
