French son of Techno Maxime Dangles returns to Skryptöm this May with what we can only describe as an extraordinary LP. ‘Resilence’ is an exquisite blend of all things Dangles, a fusion of intricate sounds, palpable textures and touching melodies, a release very much marked by a heavy analogue influence. The album rises and falls on a number of occasions over the 14 track collection, both lifting the listener with powerful, direct, well-driven pieces and, conversely, with slow-building electronic wonders.
