The stunningly original lead track 'Forget Our Love' is a tale of heartbreak wrapped in fondness. Layers of organic percussion, throbbing bass & dynamic synths lay the foundations for the ever-distinctive vocals of Kieran Fowkes. A mesmerising deep dancefloor cut.

This is followed compellingly by 'Away' - a powerful but deep melodic techno excursion, delivered in two versions, a hands in the air original mix, and a stripped down dark groover for the later floors.

And so continues the story of a label built on the foundations of an unquenchable thirst for the underground and a yearning for the sounds of the future, the past and all that emerges in between. Unceasing. Limitless.

Plano B celebrates their 8th birthday with a new release from Ikaro Grati - Down Memory Lane.

Ikaro says "This track explains the nostalgic moments that both adults and young adolescents can experience. By using a melancholic synth, I try to bring back those childhood memories. In combination with the bells and the light percussion, I try to maintain the 'floating moment'. The lyrics explain almost everything. Remember the things we did when we were young. Boys went out to play and fell out of trees while the early maternal instinct of girls kept them safe at home. Sometimes we are overwhelmed with all kinds of responsibilities that life offers us. People need to remember to enjoy life and not to rush things too much. But maybe we are not always ready for that? For us, the solution to a temporary escape from reality, is recollecting our stories from the old days. Reflecting on moments of the past can take a second, a minute or even a whole day. For me it takes a song in this case."

On remix duties for today's premiere, we find Sonic Future and Sanio & Zarth, who intensify the vibe, and add a more percussive swagger to grace the vocal loops and emotive smile inducing breakdown'.

As we all expected the beautiful story told by Nazca Records where the Viracochas and the Nazcas explore the universe of music and art in all its forms continues. This time Animal Trainer, a world-known duo from Switzerland that has conquered their audience with their array of styles and influences has made contact with our beloved characters. 

Second track ''Petra is rich in balkanised melodies with progressive sound lines that distance this track from the strictly shamanic-afro house and throws it into an electronic spectrum where acid elements play at their will. The entire EP is built to give you instant satisfaction and to guide the most sinuous dance steps.

The mystical sounds of the masked man known as AIWASKA has found much acclaim with his glorious ‘Medicine’ release on Exploited Ghetto. Fans of the track emerged far and wide. Eelke Kleiijn creates a more urgent feel than that of the original. He takes everything that’s great about ‘Medicine’ and gives it just the right amount of boost to create a more intense dancefloor moment. The chugging, arpeggiated bass groove still drives the track, but in a more relentless fashion. The track builds through slow-burning modulation, with a driving percussion success that features off-kilter snare hits and chunky tom thumps. As the track reaches its climax, a dizzying array of sirens, rising FX and white noise tones elevate it into an explosive flurry of sound, sending shivers up the spine. It’s quite spectacular.
The secretive AIWASKA project has been receiving big support from the Burning Man community, and Damian Lazarus recently released one of his tracks through his scene-leading Crosstown Rebels imprint. There’s much more to come from this masked man. Kleijn also has his links to Burning Man, having composed the track ‘1,000 Lights’ as part of a 670 drone art piece at Burning Man 2018 in memory of festival founder, Larry Harvey.
