Andromo - Just Stay is our first collaboration with Iain. He has an amazing talent and voice. The vocals he added to the track make it's really special and unique. The original mix has some Jazz inspired drums and a house stump. The original track was made in one sunrise session it felt like we have always been producing music together.

Having worked with Sasha on his ground-breaking "Involver" and Involv2er", Jamieson's solo career has found a similarly elevated level of success. With his music wedded to the acclaimed microCastle, Quivver's Boz Boz and his own Circular Sounds Recordings, Jamieson's Mono Electric Orchestra pseudonym has seen him feature on John Digweed's Bedrock and Nick Warren's Hope Recordings with stunning results. Remixing Kastis Torrau & Donatello's "Ida", under his own name, Jamieson now returns as Mono Electric Orchestra to rework "Organik". Creating a sonic landscape of unparalleled quality, heavily effected reverse reverb hints at Khan's motifs as orchestral passages sing across the mid-range. As we enter the summer months during a time unlike any we’ve seen before, Esteble’s Amazonica EP flows along with an aire of calmness, offering a respite from the craze. The longtime friends and roommates share a unique ability to converge on untouched rhythms, utilizing a diverse range of influences bred from their true musicianship.

Continuing the EP’s journey, we are excited to announce the Amazonica Remixes. A group of stellar producers have revisited Esteble’s originals, maintaining the deep rooted grooves and understated melodies while pushing the arrangements into new musical directions.

David Orin has been a key figure in New York’s surging deep and melodic scene, and is making his way onto the international radar through a series of productions dripping in quality. His amazing Antemeridian, the debut release for Kora’s label Saisons, turned many eyes and ears in Orin’s direction, including those of Esteble and the team at XYZ. Vanuatu provided Orin with the melodic canvas, as he’s added lighter tones and a lovely backbone to the original. It’s a perfect closer to a remix EP that harnesses the calming nature of the original work, while adding life and character, extending the journey of Amazonica.
