Steve Reich's New York Counterpoint. 

The concept behind the piece is that a lead clarinet part  is performed live, in front of an audience to a backing track, made by the performer, featuring 7 clarinets and 3 bass clarinets. James Noble is a student at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, and is to perform this piece for his final examined recital. James asked us to create the backing track for his performance and also agreed to record the lead part for this version of the recording. 144 hours were spent creating this recording.
