After releasing his sophomore long player 'We Walked Home Together’ through Fiakun, El_Txef_A returns with a series of remix packs on his own newly created label Forbidden Colours. With this second remix pack the label pursuits its aim to be a home for El_Txef_A’s musical adventures and a way of sharing his vision.

Bedouin wraps the EP up with a mystic and shamanistic feeling on their remix of 'The Love We Lost feat. Woolfy, which we exclusively premiere. Additionally, we caught up with El_Txef_A for a quick chat about Forbidden Colours, Bedouin, touring, and more.

We feel PHCK's music has been heading towards us at All Day I Dream for a while. Lee Burridge was all about Aeris (on Connoisseur) and reached out to them to express his love of it. PH and CK (yes, it really is their initials) returned the love of our label and sent some amazing music shortly thereafter.

Not aimed at every DJ's dance floor these three tracks mark the beginning of a journey on our imprint for artists we believe in. We hope to release their debut album in 2018. In the meanwhile though as Autumn arrives we thought we'd ease you gently towards the shorter nights with three deeper shades of emotive house music. Put your headphones on and drift away,make a beautiful mix for your partner or your audience or, for those inline with our sound, play them out loud at your events. We hope you love them as much as we do.

Footnote. For less experienced DJ's who like to bang it out. These tracks are amazing to warm up the club with. Jus' saying ;)

Following on from the success of last year’s ​Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun​, Bedouin are back on Crosstown with two original and evocative creations.

“‘Wastelands’ is a special one for us that carries a message about the journey of humanity. ‘Flamma’, was made with the dance floor in mind using live percussive elements with a Hurdy-gurdy lead played by Guilhem Desq who flew from Toulouse to London to record last winter.”- Bedouin 

Wastelands sets the precedence for the EP with its melancholic ambience and poignant lyrics delivered from one half of the duo Rami. Flamma adopts heavier instrumental sections that create an eerie atmosphere with a pensive and dramatic build up. 

Brooklyn-based nomads Tamer Malki and Rami Abousabe together form the DJ and production partnership of Bedouin. ​Since its incarnation, they’ve achieved notable success, with Mixmag naming them their number one Breakthrough Act of 2017. In the same year they launched their hugely successful residency, Saga, at Ibiza’s Heart. They’ve brought their distinct sound to a number of hot labels including Get Physical, Supernature, Cityfox, Kindisch and All Day I Dream. With their diverse musical influences clear in their productions, Bedouin look set to open up their sound to all the far-flung corners of the world.

Joep Mencke, one of the happies campers of them all, and his soul-propelling masterpiece, Asiri, is the perfect piece of music to usher in the Spring. “Music takes me on a journey.
