2013年9月、北海道函館市から上京した本間(guitar,vocal)がロンドン留学から帰ってきた人見 (guitar,theremin)とmy bloody valentineの来日公演@東京国際フォーラムで数年ぶりに再会。 その後、人見の友人であり、解散した千葉の音響系バンドposthandの日浦(bass)、渡瀬(drums)と 秋葉原で出会う。そして、2014年4月、メンバー募集サイトでオリーブ女子の吉田(guitar,vocal)に 出会い5人編成バンドwhhhy!!!!!を結成。
