Our team has been cooperating with Sander Koot for the past 8 months past towards solving a challenge of Inclusive Safety Communities. 

Sander works for the Dutch National Police where he focuses on innovation of the dispatch centers in the Netherlands. With a healthy interest in IT and a good understanding of the operations, he aims to incorporate innovation in the dispatch centers and of course, change the operation for the better!

#5 - Sander Koot:The Innovation process in the public emergency sector.Challenges and opportunities.

Marcelo Godinho is a global executive with 22 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with a passion to translate expectations and perceptions into value. 

Currently, Marcelo is a Head OEM of Digital Solutions with the challenge to create new data stream based revenue from digital solutions.

One of the main subjects in our conversation with Marcelo is about adaptation, how he adapted but also how organizations adapt to change. 

This is especially true for the automotive industry, which makes sure he will never stop learning. We shortly discuss why tires are important to the automotive industry, how the industry changed, and how Bridgestone dealt with this changing environment. 

He evolved as the mobility world evolved, continuous learning, and delivery. All that happily taking care of his kid and enjoying cooking challenges at home!

In his career, Orazio Branca has contributed as Energy Manager helping companies to use energy efficiently. Orazio has promoted the use of renewable energy technologies and since 6 years of electromobility. 

Being an Engineer he sees himself as a Problem solver, therefore it is natural to create solutions to help others improve and create value in his case through technology.

In this episode, we discussed the current state of things on electric-vehicle infrastructure, business, and policy challenges of implementing in it, and the future of renewable energy.
