I titled this song Warmth. It is about appreciating those who ground you the most when you are losing control. In this case my family. It is the beauty of realising that one or two simple actions, words or just even seeing the person can really help you to rise above your inner chaos. In return, you should make the effort to offer warmth to these people, as hard as it may feel. I play the piano minimally, simplicity as kindness.
