Had the opportunity to mic up an old Knight upright piano, originally built in England in the 1950's-1960's.  Wanted to experiment with stereo recording, as well as an idea of becoming entangled with a past version of one's self.  This piece was recorded in two takes only, both are completely improvised.

Wanted to try recording that upright again.  Same rules, make whatever song you can, but everything has to be done in one take.  Including the percussion, which is me hitting and tapping the piano in various ways.  This time however, I taped both of my microphones to the sides of my headphones and opened the front panel of the piano.  The result is an interesting stereo perspective, I think!
