This project is the work of Iain Symes-Marshall for his final year Creative Arts Project.

Whisper Down The Shore has been a process in which the story of 'The Selkie Wife' has been recreated through the use of sounds and music, without the incorporation of dialogue.

This piece was then played to experienced storytellers, who were asked to respond with a spontaneous new story inspired by and in response to the piece.

INSTRUCTIONS
-Close your eyes
-Take three deep breaths
-Relax and empty your mind
-Listen to the piece with good headphones

-Sit still and quiet for another minute or so, and think on the experience you have had.
-Record your response to it in the form of a short story inspired by the piece (no more than 5 mins) and send it to me by email and I will upload it.
