En alternance, le label indépendant White Garden invitera en studio son entourage artistique, afin d'échanger, se réunir et partager des moments hors d'internet dans ses émissions "Cohabitation" et des artistes musicaux aux parcours atypiques dans "Correspondances". En donnant 1h de liberté à des artistes sonores ayant eu une carrière riche en créations et en expérimentations, White Garden espère faire découvrir leurs œuvres et leurs personnalités aux jeunes générations. La volonté de cette émission "Correspondances" est d’honorer le côté précurseur de leurs activités passées.

For the first episode of their residency, the label White Garden is happy to invite a legend of the american avant-garde, Eugene Chadbourne. 

This interview was the occasion to speak about the essence of his long and abundant career, going from jazz and experimental to rock and country. 

The music programmation includes some of Eugene Chadbourne's classics, like a track from his collaboration with John Zorn, and new / unreleased music like a distorted french national anthem played with his father or some extracts of his work on Messian's birds compositions.

Correspondances & Cohabitation #01 - Eugène Chadbourne

For the second episode of their residency, the label White Garden is happy to invite french artist Clara Le Meur, who just released her first project « Hier à la plage » on the label Le Syndicat des Scorpions. 

This interview was the occasion to speak about her different music projects, Jardino and Campagne, and listen to several songs from her selection. The music programmation also includes the recording of a little bird who sang for us just at the end of the interview.

This time, the label White Garden presented an interview of Claude-Samuel Lévine, unique instrumentalist and artist based in Normandy. 

Claude-Samuel told us about his practice of early electronic instruments such as Theremin and Ondes Martenot, his work based on the real sounds signals of the stars, musical expressiveness through music aided by computer and his Etretat's videos on Youtube.
