We are proud to present “Masacre” , the new EP from mexican artist Datura Inoxia. The release contains five original tracks showcasing Datura Inoxia’s personal take on EBM, plus three remixes from Invalid User (Col), Efe Ce Ele (Col) and Spinal (Ch). Datura Inoxia “Toloache” was born as a dancefloor music project since 2022 performed by Christian Cassale, creating obscure atmospheres from Mexico City. Techno-EBM based in dark rhythms reflecting distorted feelings as love and loneliness, recording vocals and lyrics influenced by post punk.Masacre is based in a true story : During the year 1968 before the Olympic Games, on October 2nd, a crowd of students rises their voices against the repression of the Mexican government.During the movement, the Mexican government used police, military and paramilitary forces,killing 400 students in the plaza de las tres culturas in Mexico City, this event is known as “the
Tlatelolco massacre”.
