Returning to the label and providing the lone interpretation of 'The Light' is August Proto aka Eleven Of July. November of last year marked the Italian artist's Eat My Hat debut with a three-track showcase entitled 'Fearless'. Now embarking on his fifth year as professional producer, August has continued to go from strength to strength, landing releases via Awen Recordings, Beyond Now, Movement Recordings and Us and Them Records, while earning the praise of andME, Dj Tennis, Dubfire, Undercatt and more. Continuing to build a bond with Eat My Hat as 2022 takes shape, Eleven Of July now returns to the label with a powerful rendition of 'The Light'. Fluid and groovy in equal measure, it's a mix that carries the sensibility of the original, while adding more of a melodic techno vibe through tougher beats, unique sonic artifacts and otherworldly effects. Building beautifully into the break, shimmering arps and a ghostly vocal take centrestage, adding further to its emotive sensibility, before a billowing drop spearheads a glowing finale. Every beginning is hard - there are a lot of ingredients and variables and the way how to cook them is different 

In Yoga has many different variations - the Asanas are the same, but the way how you get into the Asana is different - so it seems the way is the style - but Yoga is much more then doing the physical Zoo exercises

Luckily he has a lot of self discipline - but unfortunately he has a disadvantage - his concentration - so he is frustrated as he realize how big and complex the music cooking subject really is - there are infinite possibilities - there are so many things you can do and adjust so you need to prioritize what to do and learn how to work in a structural way - a receipt guides - making musik isn't just putting one phrase after the other - it is an emotional expression - it is like learning a new language 

Cooking music needs also creativity and technical understanding - but because of his concentration disadvantage he has lot of things trying to put his focus to them and brings him a lot of new ideas to experiment with - so he has a lot of Variation coming his way which helps him to experiment with improvisations. And luckily he is an engineer - the studies where interesting but a nightmare for him - and he can use his technical understanding to understand how the tools work together with the vibration of Music

While trying things out he get in touch with a lot of different utilities - some are good some are not necessary - some are made with a lot of genius effort and some just pretend so - at the beginning it is difficult to choose the right ones - first you think you need this and that for this or that case - As the picture slowly grows biger and biger and the hazard is lifting - then you realize you have to much and this is wasting your time looking for the good tools - so Valerian need to get rid of the things he don´t need - he has to learn what every tool can do and maybe several replaced by one other - sometimes less is more

Valerian is proud as his first music meals are ready, but he is not totally satisfied - what is the secret ingrediance which separate the awesome from the average - Valerina realize he still has to learn a lot while enjoying one of his early creations

Abraham Diaz is originally from Mexico, Queretaro. His passion and musical taste began when he had an experimental rock band and created sequences and atmospheric sounds with synthesizers and controllers. Later he found his place in electronic music as a melodic techno producer. Today he dedicates most of his time to music production and researches new futuristic and progressive sounds to incorporate them into his tracks and remixes.

WEITER proudly presents "Blindness" produced by Dutch rising star Mitch de Klein, including remixes from Axel Haube and Lake Avalon. 
Mitch de Klein (Filth on Acid, ELEVATE,) has been a personal favorite of label boss @olivier-weiter for a while now. Needless to say, they are more than happy to finally share this EP with you.
Both tracks combine floating, melodic elements with driving, energetic grooves. While the underlying saw synth sounds provide just that little bit of extra filth in both productions - the melancholic vibe is still kept intact. While “Trial and Error” works for those peak-time moments, “Blindness” is a bit more subtle but definitely no less striking - both tracks are powerful dance floor weapons!
