Born in Florence in 1995, WhiteCab was drawn into the nightlife scene at a young age, thanks to the influence of his father and uncle, who introduced him to a vast collection of CDs and vinyl records from the ’80s and ’90s. This is where his passion for electronic music began, particularly for the artists who revolutionized the musical landscape of that era: from Depeche Mode to New Order, Joy Division to Soft Cell, and later the Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, and Basement Jaxx.
At just 14 years old, he started experimenting with vinyl and quickly fell in love with the art of clubbing, where he found his perfect outlet for blending different genres and emotions. WhiteCab is more than just a name; it’s an alter ego created to share the emotions he feels through music, or at least to try to convey them as best he can.
With the release of his EP “Building Up,” he marks the beginning of a new musical journey that merges electronic and techno sounds with dark, melodic, robotic, and futuristic elements—offering a unique listening and dance experience.
