Disquiet Junto Project 0576: Casual Resolution
The Assignment: Get a musical New Year’s resolution out of the way.

Everytime I label or tag something "ambient" I think it's wrong: It's not casual enough, you can hardly listen to it on the side, you actually have to listen with your brain, it doesn't drone harmlessly enough, it's too intense and it's still too interesting(your opinion may differ and it may only be a problem of my interpretation of the "ambient" tag ;-).

So for this year I planned to make a couple of what I think may be "true ambient" tracks. One-hour sound baths during which you can work and also listen to on loop for a week. This is the first one, it started as a single scene in Ableton and was refined in Reaper. Main synth is Repro-5, which was on sale at Native Instruments and is really a nice piece of software.
