The seventh edition of our exclusive podcast series 60 Min. White Noise comes from the Stuttgart artist Julez aka Julian Klaiber. Who has his musical roots in Acid House, UK Garage and Breakbeat. Which he incorporated in places like Berlin, Paris or Barcelona. Born in Lower Austria but raised in Stuttgart, he tries to translate what he has experienced into a tangible sound form. Together with other protagonists, he created the label Studio17, which heralds a new chapter in musical presence in Stuttgart and beyond. His set are a skilfully mixture of ambient, minimal and break.

60 Min White Noise #07 - Julez

The magnitude of club culture is clearly perceived in the sketches by the West Londoner. Crushing dance floors with the power of traditions, as well as demonstrating extraordinary abilities in the construction of tracks, he establishes a close rapport with the listener through a minimal version of reggae. The mesmerizing spherical loop becomes the personification of the universal impulse.

A Dj franco-brasileira, Flo Massé, é baterista por formação e sua intimidade com as batidas é uma relação que já dura algum tempo. Como se tivesse as baquetas em mãos, traz a intensidade e groove contínuo que a bateria exige e transmite para os CDJs e toca-discos. Flo imprime assinatura própria em sets sólidos, com a energia de quem tá com os olhos na pista e tem nas mãos a potência de brincar com os ritmos.

Iniciou sua carreira no coletivo INTIMA (RJ), do qual é residente e produtora. Desde a sua estreia no Club Éden em 2018 (RJ), passou por diversas casas renomadas do país com a carreira em ascensão considerável desde então. Em 2019, Flo Massé foi convidada pelo DJ e produtor carioca Leo Janeiro para ser DJ residente da sua nova festa Fosfohouse, que acontece na Fosfobox, no Rio de Janeiro.

Com sets que passeam sutilmente entre o gêneros house, breakbeats, acid, minimal e techno, Flo já integrou line-ups de festas do Brasil e da Europa.

"Essa mix é uma pequena viagem no espaço-tempo, explorando sonoridades que percorreram a musica eletrônica underground dos anos 90 até hoje. A mix começa com uma mistura de house atual e mais antigo, abrindo o caminho para uma seleção de músicas com sonoridades cósmicas, e acaba em notas e melodias flutuantes."

Der Club, dient als Zufluchtsort für wahre Liebhaber der elektronischen Musik.
