Brett Gould follows up his killer remix for Kevin MckAy on OFF Recordings and his much loved remix for Grum with this essential 3 track EP. 

We first met Brett handing out CDs at ADE in 2012. From there we picked up his trippy, 20:20 Vision style "You Say" for our Super Heavyweight release last Spring. Since then, Brett has gone on to remix Kevin McKay's "Club Trax" for OFF Recordings and record this varied 3 tracker for us. 

First up is Rhythm Drop. Now, if - like us - you're sick of hearing Double 99's Rip Groove being but you're definitely up for some system bending bass and rapid-fire garage beats then this is the cut for you. Like a cross between Martin Ikin's "Rhythm" and Gorgon City's "Thor" this a pure dancefloor monster. 

"Desire" is next and it slows things down and takes us on a sublime bass jounrey filled with spaced out vocals and trippy analogue licks. 

Lastly on "Burnin'", Brett keeps the beats heavy but adds in a more old school house feel to the bass and some darker, vocal cuts and vocodered hooks.

White Widow Records since its inception (in 2013) has made a major contribution to the promotion of independent music, particularly in the areas of tech house, deep house and bass house. White Widow Records is not only a thriving label but also an international club project, appreciated by music producers on major European festivals and in the most popular clubs. Label creates the unforgettable events, during which put partygoers in full euphoria.

The founders of the label are Luc vel Mzura and Brusikiewicz, who develop the label through the combination of experience and passion. As a duo, they create music as Handia Hype, playing sets in the best clubs in Poland and having a radio show on Data Transmission Radio, where they present the latest WWR releases and guest mixes of artists from the label. Founders closely care about the visual side of the label, WWR's hallmark has become covers in a characteristic comic style, what gives a unique vibe.
