Having smashed the Summer with the huge single ‘Bus Pass’ featuring Wiley, achieving playlists with stations including MTV Base & Kiss Fresh, as well as a number 2 in the Music Week Urban Club Chart, Top 40 European Airplay and a number 1 on the iTunes Chart in Cyprus and Greece; A.M SNiPER’s talent and versatility shines on this futuristic, sci-fi inspired beat which sees the rapper approach ‘Nowhere’ with a more serious and soulful approach than we’ve seen from his entertaining hits of late.
As a recording artist, A.M. SNiPER’s early success was with the UK chart-topping So Solid Crew, with whom he both produced for and featured as an artist. Other notable achievements to date include performances and collaborations with superstars from both sides of the Atlantic including Kanye West, 50 Cent, Memphis Bleek, Akon, Lethal Bizzle, Sway, JME, Ghetts.

Summer 2015 saw the annual NapaRocks Festival create history breaking all records on the island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean!  With Chris Brown headlining this epic beach party, A.M. SNiPER was the second headline act and when he accepted the challenge from Drew Astro, Dj MG and Dj LPS to rap over any beat… their choice was this international hit by Diplo, Skrillex, and Justin Bieber. For those who could not make it to the show, we have the next best thing, the freestyle has been uploaded here for free download. A.M. SNiPER fires out another round this summer! Enjoying another buzzing season in AYIA NAPA filled with shows, festivals and the epic nightlife where A.M. SNiPER shared his stage and town with a plethora of A-listers including Lethal Bizzle, Giggs, Section Boyz, Fekky, Stormzy & Skepta, to name but a few.  In this wild mashup of activity, A.M. SNiPER and grime pioneer, WILEY, still found time to hit the studio and the resulting product, 4WHAT, and is pure energy!
 
4What is an intelligent grime banger starring the Godfather of Grime, Wiley, and the Gatekeeper of Grime’s most influential grassroots in Europe, A.M. SNiPER. The bouncy production is saturated with versatile flows and tactful wordplay from the two MCs as they elaborate on the culture and status quo of the game. The tune is very intellectual and edgy, touching on issues surrounding today’s music industry.
 
A.M. takes it to the mic to remind all how important his Ayia Napa platform has been to the Grime movement for over a decade and how it has been the tastemaker of many hits and artists since the early 2000s. Dropping a quotable like “Talk about hits, Ayia Napa went platinum”, the mogul reflects on his success even beyond music sales;  be it ticket sales and visitors coming to his landmark establishments; or the artists that have come through Ayia Napa and risen from this island academy, and not to mention a Platinum plaque from his SO SOLID days.
 
Wiley delivers a very sleek educational assault. The seasoned Grime Lord schools any newcomers and aspiring musicians on the dangers of today’s system. He profusely throws blows at label executives and A&Rs who are only concerned about how many copies an artist sales as opposed to the pursuit of perfecting their art and then letting the fortunes follow. The Godfather also takes a moment to get up close and personal, “Life Got hard and man had to bun two buds, just to keep calm when I roll to the clubs explaining the distress he had to overcome on his ascent to kingship and fame!
 
Premiering on BBC Radio1 on the Rap Show with Dj Charlie Sloth, 4WHAT marks the second single from A.M. SNiPER this year, following the success of “HYPE featuring Curren$y” which charted in several regions. Unlike the chilled and groovy jam that is Hype, 4WHAT is a speaker-blowing menace and a strong show of intent from the soundman who promises to deliver even more in 2016 as he builds up to his debut album!

Anthony Melas, better known by his stage name A!MS (pronounced ‘Aims') is an English-Cypriot multi-platinum, award winning, rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of 3fifty7 Music.
A!MS has collaborated with and produced a number of artists including Afro B, Cool & Dre, The Game and many others. He made his debut in the music scene as a member of the So Solid Crew before launching his solo career.
