During Covid, I was stuck in a place with some pretty bad lockdowns and was struggling with very poor mental health, as well as some very intrusive negative thoughts that I struggle to control. This song is a result of how I was feeling at the time, and I chose to put it out because I felt that there were far too many people that possibly felt the same way at the same time. This song goes out to anybody who has either struggled with poor mental health, overcome suicidal thoughts, or knows somebody who has struggled with these kinds of things. I wrote this song as a mental health advocate, because this is a subject that is quite dear to me. My wish is that somebody can hear this and find solace in the fact that they're not alone, or that this can be a tipping point for them to live a better life with the song serving as a reminder of such.
