The dreams I’ve had, dreams I’ve lived, and dreams I still dream all are happening simultaneously. I believe that could be why it’s so hard to remember them, but sometimes if I’m really still I can see things more clearly and it all makes sense. The tracks on “DREAMS” express moments of clarity within that stillness. Born out of experimentations with sounds in relation to healing in black queer spaces, hundreds of voice memos, feelings on invisibility and isolation, and vague memories of fleeting tender moments. DREAMS shares glimpses into the inner life of a person who’s heart and head are truly in the clouds
