As “Father Pen” grew up, began listening to music with artist such as Michael Jackson, Jay-Z, Tupac, Biggie, Snoop Dog, Lil Wayne, Eminem, Fabolous, Jada Kiss, Cam’ron and Juelz Santana to name a few as a kid throughout school (Elementary through High School) etc. He grew a strong passion for music (Hip-hop culture, R&B and Pop). To “Father Pen” “ music became an outlet for him, that kept him sane from the chaos around him and his surroundings, which is how he at times express his life, thoughts, emotions and political point of views with his versatility through his lyrical content, amazing ranges in cadence change, substance, use of grammar, metaphorical stories he tells through his lyrics that his listeners and audience can bounce and relate too!”
