Don't let uncertainty, fear, insecurities cause you to overthink, be in your head, and talk yourself out your truth. Listen to your heart and not your mind sometimes. Your mind will take you out of something your heart is trying to steer you towards. Anytime you feel confused, fear, inconvenient, challenges, etc rise about it all. That is your initial testing of "starting the journey" - adversity #1, once we can get the mental frame work down - we are off onto challenge #2, each one preparing for the next one and continuing to make you more well rounded and dynamic.
