The duo Two Turntable returns with strong creative energy on their new release, Inspire Me EP, delivering two Liquid Drum and Bass tracks shaped by introspection and sonic experimentation.

The opening track, “My Jazz is Jungle”, acts as a bridge between tradition and innovation: deep, organic basslines intertwine with jazz-inspired improvisations, recreating an atmosphere that nods to the genre’s roots while pushing into contemporary territory. Saturday night at the dome was something else. Syncity and Psychedelic Bush Disco colliding, old crew and new crew shoulder to shoulder - and everywhere I looked, people were dancing. On the bar, behind the bar, packed onto the floor the dome was ALIVE. 

But what stayed with me most were the all the faces familiar and new coming together to dance, let go and share in the magic of it all. I felt so lucky to be part of it, and so grateful to Underland, Syncity, Psychedelic Bush Disco, and everyone who brought their presence and energy to the dome.

Coming from a deep love of audio in all genres of the musical world my mixes encompass the chaotic energy that is my usual brain and life. I create soundscapes with intricate layering of melodic chords partnered with deep wobbly bass lines, or bouncy funky upbeat danceable journeys, often dissonant but somehow drawing to the ear.

Nearly always incapable of staying in a lane, I craft journeys of sound that lead one from a trance like wonder through to dark swampy atmospheres, filled with elements of emotion and raw instrumental and classical elements. I combine genres, bend the rules and blur the lines between dance and journey.

Slowly building a name amongst the NSW and broader East Coast Australian underground music scene. 

Playing events such as, Dragon Dreaming 24, Esoteric Festival 2024, Basscamp 22 & 23, Subsonic, Sub-Terra, Movement, Tribe Ascension, Airwaves, Origins Of Entropy, Void Of Entropy, plus a plethora of smaller local events and a resident DJ and Core Memebr of Newy Bass Crew performing with them at many events around the Newcastle region.

All of my early work will always remain on the profile, covering the journey I have made in my progression of mixing from terrible talentless beginnings to a very mildy more experienced DJ, with a greater sense of my own unique sound and direction.
