It's creepily quiet in this store.
You look back at the gas station parking lot. Only just now you're realizing the only car there is your own.
There should at least be a cashier, right?

In reaction you hear: a tiny squeak of terror and a chorus of many somethings falling off a shelf, somewhere near the back of the store.

This is the "Spamton The Salesman Of All Things" replacement for our 111% AU, "Deltarune: The Different Puppet". Who knows?!?!

You turn the corner to see a buglike creature-- holding a mug of hot cocoa in one spindly talon, trying to return various snack bags to their shelves with the other, and staring at you like a deer in the headlights.

* Oh. HELLO!!! Is this store, uh... IS IT OPEN?!

They flinch at your voice, but nod vigorously.

* ...Hey. Shouldn't there be a cashier? Or. Anyone working here at all?

Their antennae spike out in shock, as if they just remembered something important. The bug tries to skitter away, tripping over a stray bag of Popato Chisps™.

You reach for the bag of Popato Chisps™ and try to put it back on the shelf, but the bug leaps away, obviously scared out of their wits by you.
They scramble around blindly for a moment before grabbing a lighter from one of the shelves and brandishing it in your direction.

so the deal i [ city ] made with sin was he couldn't figure out how to make the vocals sound good in the big shot so he wanted to leave them out and i was really tired of doing all the writing. what we agreed upon was just neither of us did our jobs, and it was great! i love not having to do work!! pipejam's about having fun. it's been fun.
