This piece of music was planned as some kind of invention-like thing. But it turned out to be more a sonata. But even though it's not a proper sonata I called it like this.

The very ending of this piece is not really finished (because for me it feels like something is missing). But I wanted to upload it anyway because I'd like to here your feedback.

The sound comes from the Sibelius output. I didn't manage to record it myself, nor do I have a proper orchestration sound package unfortunately.

My second composition, also for piano solo.

The sound comes again from a Sibelius file. I'm going to record it soon and the upload the recording. But I'm nevertheless interested in your comments and thoughts about the piece.

Choral (for piano solo)

Once again a new upload. I'm sorry for the weak midi-sound that Sibelius provides.

This was the result of a counterpoint task. The task was to write something in counterpoint style which could be played by students in our group (that's the reason for that combination).

I chose to write a fugue on an own theme. I was very much inspired by the ouverture to Mendelssohn's Elijah.

Another piano solo piece. I actually don't know if it is finished or if I should add another part. But anyway, I wanted to share this piece with you.

Nocturne

Finally a new upload again from me...
The idea behind this piece comes from a dream I had one night which made me think that I need to set it into music.

This piece is still in progress and far away from being finished. This part is thought to be the beginning of that piece.

I'm sorry for the "awesome" Sibelius orchestra sound.
And: feel free to comment what you think about this beginning. I'm looking forward to your comments :)
