Doctors told her she’d never have a baby in her Belly

With a few guys before, she felt lonely and alone
Hit happy hour with her friends but mostly stayed at home
A few weeks later something wasn’t adding up
She was bout a couple weeks past her time of the month
Nausea and stomach pains like she coming down with something
It was probably the flu, told herself it wasn’t nothing
But it kept happening so she called up her doctor
They did a few tests and the results were a shocker
Kelly wasn’t just pregnant, she was pregnant with twins
And there’s only one possibility who could’ve been
The father of the two lives now growing inside
But she kept it to herself cause in the back of her mind
She knows there’s a low chance the birth will be a success
But the chance of getting pregnant again is even less
Against all odds she’s pleading God for the best
On the surface appears calm but emotionally she’s a wreck
After two more months she’s passed her first trimester
Now things are looking up and seems the universe blessed her
Kelly finally decides to break the the news to the father
She tells him if he doesn’t wanna be involved don’t bother 
Even if she gotta raise them as a single mama
To her that’s enough, no child support drama
At first he got mad and he thought she trying to trap him
But could hear it in her voice it was true she wasn’t acting
He pondered the situation, decided to step up
After all, his father wasn’t round when he was growing up
Couldn’t picture doing that to the two seeds he watered
So he promised he would be there for his sons or his daughters 
Things are finally going right for Kelly, no more pretending
Unfortunately this story has a sorrowful ending
A couple weeks later all of her hopes would perish
And due to complications, Kelly had a miscarriage
