1st experiment and i have 2 noise a supposed stand usr... this wuz an interesting 1 2 start with. al was reluctent to get into the chamber and thretened 2 use beat it to get out of w/e hed have 2 face, but i just said id like 2 see him try. cuz i would! from wut ive been told the noise would probly react weirdly 2 something like a stand, esp 1 taking the form of some1 like mikey jackson.

when he got in2 the room, the noise jumped on beat it imediately. i couldnt tell if it wuz attracted 2 the stands power like a hungry animal or smart enuf 2 take out the major threat first. beat it got pulled n from behind, al freaked out but didnt seem hurt. guess he nevr got 2 show off his stands power but i kinda doubt he could even use it prprly if he didnt before going in the room. he tried for abt half an hour 2 get out but eventually just sat down in the room n stared at the noise. a minute later it swarmed his head. almost lookd like it went thru him from the inside out. freaky stuff but i dont get paid 2 complain i get paid 2 make tutorials :)

the next day he came out of the chamber again which wuz weird. hes been acting rlly odd 2. 1/2 the time hes all jokey and refuzing 2 take anything seriously, 1/2 the time hes kinda... nothing? like his eyes glass ovr and he just stands in a corner humming. no stand, eithr. gotta keep an eye (or a lens haha) on him, this wasnt expected.

Ahh, it feels good to be on vacation. I needed to get away from that Estate, truth be told, all of the experiments were getting to my head for a while. I've heard jammed signals when I've tried to establish connection with the stunt double I hired back in January, actually. Hope the contestants aren't doing anything inane while I'm gone, like unleashing the White Noise.
... nah, that'd be preposterous, Arthur. Keep a head on you.

Actually, speaking of the Noise, I found some more of the substance down here. Apparently some street thugs had their hands on it, and have been throwing people in there just to see what would happen. I was walking the streets, and found some of them running out of some sort of warehouse. A girl in a suit and hat, a person with a television for a head, and... a Pokémon. They stopped in their tracks when they saw me, actually. I wonder if it was my intimidating form. Would people recognize me? I had been hosting a tourney of deathmatches for a while now, and the authorities might want my head...

It doesn't matter, though. They simply turned tail when they saw me. Ever the curious bear, I followed. I heard hissing static, and at first wondered just what it was. I saw the Noise, and a handful of clones. I saw a duck and a man in a black suit writhing on the ground, quacking and blehhing emanating. I saw a despondent fish scared and confused of what was going on, being reset like a ticking clock. I saw two rappers dueling in the musical arts, one of size and one of nine. I saw Zote, from Hollow Knight. And the kids? I saw that they had ran directly into the leftover Noise. All of them. Not even trial, just a death sentence; and the price was being Noise'd. I saw them try to turn back, screaming, as they were flushed into the Noise. I reached a hand out, but it was too late...

... good thing I've been in this situation before. I saw clones walk out, if you could call it that. They looked more grounded, more- like real people, I suppose. Maybe it was me, but they were... quick to get out of the situation. I watched them linger for a few seconds, wondering what had just happened. I started to approach, to figure out if this variation of the Noise could produce clones like the one at base, but they seemed certainly flinch-y. As if they still had a head on them, and knew what they had gotten into, like they had when meeting me for the first time. Maybe them following into the Noise had a hand in that? Did they steal some of our fine White Noise ...? That's most certainly not an... exciting prospect. They'd have to have gotten it from somewhere...

I gathered up the left out Noise - I was good at handling it, you have to be - and began hauling it off. I'm sure it'd be a good addition to our reservoir of Noise; speaking of, I'm beginning to think maybe I should finally return to the Estate...

The experiment took an interesting turn today, one we weren't expecting. Upon extended exposure to the White Noise, initially there was seemingly no reaction. However, close to the three minute mark, something interesting happened. As the hedgehog began to seemingly plan with Rock to find a way out of the room, the entity seemed to suddenly spring to life. Within moments they were... consumed entirely. The White Noise just... swallowed them whole. They vanished. For a solid ten minutes, they had simply disappeared. Afterwards, however, was the most interesting part. They returned, seemingly without a scratch.

Very fascinating. Initially we theorized that the White Noise had simply rejected them, but... As we released them from the room for further testing, the robot briefly fell apart into... static, interestingly. Sonic rushed to comfort him, and they briefly started to quite literally meld together. They quickly separated, fearful of it, but now we're more interested in how that happened.

We're not entirely sure what it was, it will require further testing. Our current theory, however, is that the Robo-Crashers are not among us right now. Not dead, as that would likely make them much more difficult to clone like this, but... these are not the Robo-Crashers. This is the White Noise, dressing itself and acting like them. To a tee, as well, even with most memories intact. However, they seem very off as well. Occasional flares of uncharacteristic anger, moments where they will seemingly panic and start to fall apart at the seams, only to come back together at a moment's notice. The clones are unstable. Further testing may yield more results, and we are very enthusiastic to see what those results may be.

First off, who allowed the Pokemon? I thought we were banning experimentation on non-anthropomorphic animals. It leads to inconclusive results, and it... doesn't feel right to me. But... whatever, it happened, and I suppose we will continue with it for the foreseeable future. It isn't ideal, but we can't do half-measures. Not now. 

...Miror B. seemed the most torn up out of everyone so far about this. It wasn't fun to watch, if I'm to be honest. He just... clung to Ludicolo the entire time, apologizing and waiting for something to happen. We sat here watching that for thirty goddamn minutes. It took that long for the White Noise to consume him. We need to figure out what exactly the variable is that makes this take longer depending on the person, that's crucial for this experiment to continue.

Hugo and Porter have been despondent, trying to find where Miror had gone. They actually came dangerously close to finding the lab once or twice. We really should introduce more security measures to prevent people from accidentally stumbling into this. We don't want to have to disqualify anyone. That would be bad for business, and we've already had to ice some... former associates for getting too close. I would very much prefer not to take care of anyone unnecessarily from here on out. I am not a good person, I'm aware, but I'm not a fucking monster. 

...I almost feel bad for the members of Adventure Machine. They seem very distraught about this. It slightly concerns me, they may not bring their best in the next match because of this. Sure, they'll have time to prepare, but you never do get past your first murder. Now, whether this is murder is up for debate right now, we have no conclusive evidence. I hope it isn't.

There was another attempt to enter the Estate by an unauthorized party today. We believe that it's Mr. Cicierega trying to get back in again. I do not understand his desire to get back in. I really don't. We did consider bringing him in as an Enforcer, but our employer said he wasn't worth the pay. I'm inclined to disagree, but I don't get paid to argue, I suppose.

Anything else? Ah, right. The thief is really starting to get on my bad side. She's started conferring with some of the contenders in secret. Not to mention, she's found blind spots in our camera views and audio recording. Even if she is severely annoying me, I'll admit. She's clever. I'll have to keep a closer eye on her when I can. Perhaps I'll have Ness tail her.

Lastly, the state of the past two experiments... The Robo-Crashers and Jonesy are still unstable, but have not broken down since we started this. I suppose that there's something to note there. The first person that saw the clones (at least, we're assuming) was Aaron Burr, of the Stage Stars. He's not taking it well. Hansen and Sawyer are trying to console him, to no avail. It's a shame, such a clever man reduced to drinking. At least Thomas has a friend at the bar now.

That's everything important for now. The next report should be our last for a while.

It was a dark and stormy night... no, I jest. All aside, today is Halloween. I hope the day has been a good one, for those currently in the "real world" as I see you call it. For our contenders here, and for myself? Not so much. Another experiment, and another one lost. A damn shame, to be honest with you... And ironic, given who was lost tonight. Squigly, Big Band, and Leviathan. 

...I'll admit, I have a lot of respect for all three of them. Ben especially. He reminds me a lot of a man I respected highly in my youth, and it was a shame to see him go. Alas, this is far out of my control. I have to do this, for those I risk losing. I couldn't live with myself otherwise. And I refuse to let go. After all of this, I refuse to stop now. Even if I meet contention at every turn.

I will save them, no matter who I have to put to the Noise to get back to them.

...The experiment was a little odd tonight. Given that the three are all... interesting cases, the White Noise acted slightly abnormally. Squigly was consumed nearly immediately, clearly having been anxious... But Ben and Leviathan simply talked through the end. It seems they were rather relaxed. ...I wouldn't be the same, admittedly, so I have full respect for it. It took quite a while for the experiment to conclude, but conclude it did, about two hours after we started.

It's... been a day. Quite frankly, I'm exhausted, and I'm sure that many of the other Enforcers are. But, we need to start bringing them out soon. Initially, we had wanted to simply throw them into battles with the contenders to make the tournament more entertaining, but... after what happened tonight, we need to have them keeping guard on the labs. 

God, I... I knew he could have, but I didn't expect a suicidal play like that. He doesn't seem the type, at first glance. But it seems I've underestimated the Luminary once again. We've luckily avoided significant damage, but god. It had gotten close, and... surely everyone else heard it. Especially since some are looking for this place. We're playing very close to the fire right now, and... well. I suppose we should start acting like it. Our first enforcers, [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], have already started planning. We plan for them to take on Lone Digger and Atlanta Roads a little while after the Q&A session we have planned, just before their match. Hopefully we can catch them off guard enough, to where they can at least be slowed down. They're a very significant risk.

None of our Enforcers can really stand up to the Winners, though. This may prove to be a problem. Nogami is a weapons expert, he can't be taken down by normal means. And Lune... fuck, I still can't wrap my head around the shit she does. It's unreasonable. Both will prove to be a difficult opponent by themselves, and together...

...I may have to intervene on my own terms.
