I recorded this with friends Brad Collin and Kylee Ryan about 20 years ago in Brad's dads tyre factory late at night on Brad's computer and hadn't heard it since then until Brad sent me a copy the other day. Spun me out to hear it after such a long time.  Just thought I would share for Australia Day.

A song I wrote with a mate (not sure if he wishes to be mentioned) for the Northern Territory Anthem competition a few months ago.  It didn't win but thought you might like to hear it.  It's only a demo recorded in my lounge room and my harmony is a little pitchy but what the heck.  If you are a proud Territorian you should relate.

Here is a new mix of the song I put up yesterday with a bit of reverb and delay on the vocals and the harmonies much lower in the mix.   It is a song that was written for a funeral by Adam Guy and Rob Benedos.  It is just a demo and I recorded the vocals in my home studio.  The intro is very long and it is still just a rough mix but I will keep it up until the finished track is done and then post that one.  Enjoy!  Damo.

Always remember

The audio of the TV commercial that I recorded in my home studio for Viva La Vida wine and tapas bar, opening in March in the Darwin Mall on the Knuckey Street end.  Looks like a fantastic venue with great owners and I hope to be playing acoustic gigs for them when it opens.
