"Ponta de Lança Africano (Umbabarauma)", ou simplesmente "Umbabarauma", é uma canção composta pelo cantor brasileiro Jorge Ben.

Lançada em 1976, é a primeira faixa do álbum África Brasil. Na canção é contada a história de um jogador de futebol africano chamado Umbabarauma. No álbum ainda há mais referências ao esporte na faixa "Camisa 10 da Gávea".

Em 2010, Jorge Ben Jor regravou a canção com o rapper Mano Brown, dos Racionais MC's, em homenagem à Copa do Mundo FIFA de 2010.[1]

Launched in 1976 , it is the first track on the album Africa Brazil . The song is told the story of an African football player named Umbabarauma . On the album there's more references to sport on the track " Camisa 10 da Gávea " .

In 2010 , Jorge Ben Jor re-recorded the song with rapper Mano Brown , of Rational MCs , after the FIFA World Cup 2010. [ 1]
