This is actually a track I’m going to release. It’s called Passing Eclipse, because to me it feels like a darkness that is fading away—like the burden on your soul lifting when you realize it’s completely nonsensical to try to prove your worth as a person through your deeds and works. 

Passing Eclipse

We often attach our hearts to things or circumstances we think we love, and we begin to confuse them with our identity. That’s why letting go can feel so hard—because it feels like we’re losing parts of ourselves. But those very things can also blind us to the truth about our identity and where our real worth is found.

What we need is a change of mind. A change of heart. The ability to see past our distorted view of ourselves, ppl and life, and to connect to the true source of unconditional love and justice. That source is perfectly revealed in the cross of Jesus Christ, who paid the price for the world’s wrongdoing.

When you accept this gift, your heart begins to change. It fills with gratitude, so that you want to do good as God pleases—not to earn your worth or forgiveness, but because you are already accepted by the Creator of all that is, and all that ever will be.
