Track from 2001. It contains guitar riffs by Andi from local Austrian band Reflector and is the only Eiterherd track that actually also has a video. It was released on two different CD compilations: Various - Compilation 8020 - An Austrian Cross-Section (2003) and  Various - Noizzze. Just Do it. Invasion & Friends 2k4 (2004). Ab-Hinc´s Farkhülse Fist 12″ came out in 1997 and was the fourth release of Widerstand Records.
At that time the release was located quite offside the speedcore-electronics line of the label. Kovert described in datacide 3 from 1997: “a true funeral march soundtrack as the slowest breaks break over controlled noise and disturbing electronics. Pitched down voices and synths wash over the noise and beats.”

15 years later, the artists and composers Pure (A/D), Kovert (UK), Eiterherd (A), chfs (A), Kajkyt (BiH/A), Opcion (A), Shiver Electronics (A) and Freudenberger (D) were invited to work out the so-called reconfigurations.

The result is a weird collection of conceptual sound art, atmospheric drones, abstract noise experiments and dark beats. The Farkhülse Fist Reconfigurations will soon come out as a 2×12″ again on Widerstand Records and as a digital version in cooperation with Wire Globe Recordings.

The digital version will be extended from time to time with additional reconfigurations.
We are looking forward to digital contributions by Heifetz (A), Idklang (A) and others.

Synthesizers, loops and abstract beats.  These are a few of my favorite things?  I am a strange breed, other worldly, and a super freak.   Cold wave, minimal techno, electro abstract, avant- hard, hardcore techno, break core, IDM, EBM, Death Rock, punk Rock, New Wave,Dark Wave, Ambient, MiamiBootyBase, SpeedBase, Dub, RagaMuffin, Dubstep, Industrial, Noise, Experimental, world beat...did I forget anything?  Neophyte, for sure, and these are all my newly found treasures, that I have dug up from around the world.  One day I will produce some tracks again, until then, I will spend every minute listening to all the newly found gems!
