The Hook from this song stems from a song Me and the homie Eduardo Newlands (AKA Mon$ter AKA big Eddie $$$ AKA fuckin Mr With-Yo-Bi$h) worked on while incarcerated in Arizona DOC. 

long story short I was getting released from prison a month earlier than expected because I had received some of my good time back. this was the song we had been working on, I had him record his verse and I was released with a version that has his verse only on it (it was a different beat originally though.) I told him I would finish it before he gets out and I did.

I was able to show him this song one time, couple days after he was released he stopped by my house randomly and we kicked it for a couple hours and he drove me to work and dropped me off. I played this for him in his car, and he was super eager and hyped to see all the things I have been doing with music and to start getting into the music again. we had ideas I don't think anyone else has ever had, and his energy sparked my energy back up again and made me want to continue the music as well.

But the day after he dropped me off I got a call from his lady who was hysterical because she had found him unresponsive and shit...he was gone, just like that. It still fucks me up because he was one of the most outgoing, energetic, positive and supportive person I have ever met. He can light up a room, and can make a person's day better just with a quick conversation.

I have a tattoo that he did blasted on my chest so I know I will never forget him. But I wanted to dedicate this song, and I dedicated a video to him, and I'll probably dedicate a lot more all because I don't want anyone to forget this dude!! 💯
