Merry Christmas to you all!!!    Welcome to Episode 60 on Poisonoise Music for this Christmas Day special from Monosphere aka Jeroen Smulders.
This is the second outing for Jeroen in the guest mix series (he did Episode #1 for me!) and just like the first set, this one ticks all the boxes along the way. 
This is a really beautiful set that seamlessly moves between deep , dubby and melodic Techno and one that comes highly recommended.

一月二十五號夜請來生於法國，現定居柏林的DJ/收蔵家Laura BCR來到宀作為嘉賓。Laura BCR曾舉辧雲集歐洲各地DJ的On Board派對，現時她於海牙夜店Het Magazijn駐場，也曾為巴塞隆拿的Razzmatazz駐場DJ，Laura BCR似乎與舞池結下不解之緣。

On the 25th of January, 宀 invites the French born Berlin based DJ and music collector Laura BCR who created the famous On Board parties featuring very talented DJs all around Europe. She is currently resident DJ of the acclaimed and intimate Het Magazijn club in The Hague... a girl who knows her dancefloor very well.

成長於法國，Laura BCR自少年時期開始收集音樂，把各類音樂混音重新編排等等，受到當時Rave派對文化啓發，類型可橫跨由Hardcore到House Music。

French born and raised, Laura BCR has been dedicated her life to music for more than a decade. She has been collecting music from her teenage years, starting mixing all kind of genres from Hardcore to House Music inspired by Rave Parties where she was hanging out during several years.

2006年Laura BCR與份屬好友的Etienne(Arcarsenal其中一位成員)在法國南部的夜店舉辦她首個派對，小休後數年她搖身一變成巡演經經理人，2013年她再回歸音樂與Etienne於柏林新克爾恩區開辦了唱片店Bass Cadet Record，維持了三年半。

In 2006, she organized her first party in a club in the South of France with her best friend Etienne from Arcarsenal. After a hiatus, touring as production manager during a few years, she came back to her first love in 2013 and opened with Etienne the infamous Bass Cadet Record store in Berlin during 3 years and a half in the heart of Neukölln.

In 2015, she created On Board Music, first as a booking agency and then as a label and a party organization. On Board Music is now making parties around Europe with international headliners.

From 2018, she is resident at The Hague intimate techno club, Het Magazijn. Her DJ sets are always super versatile from deep to straight techno, mixing electro and classic house tracks to spice it up.

When we created the label in 2017, our idea was to push new talents and to create an artist community following our philosophy. The six tracks here describe well the universe we want to promote, raw, mental and sci-fi techno with a big attention to details and sound design. 

The various starts with a close friend of the label Soul Tide Zone that show us another side of his project with a powerful ambient track “Oracle”. Then comes “Tembeling”, produced by one of the label manager 9beats, mixing sci-fi forest ambiance with a strong organic bassline. Third track “A.I.” is from the Lyon based DJ and composer Nicolas Rifo, fast rolling toms with a dark atmosphere will guide you on this one. The first part of the various shows that CWR is not intended to focus on one style but more on the emotion and ambiance of the tracks. 

Second part starts with the parisian based modularist dc11 and his track “Electron”. He took our attention these last months, dropping really strong and precise techno that clearly match the label. Then comes “Supo x1000” from Mersel that will easily find a place on your sets. Last artist highlight on this release is Benabou with her track “Torment”, mixing analog percussions with a strong lead.

Tomas Jirku began his career in the golden era of minimal and glitch techno, helping to define the genres through releases on Alien8, Force Inc., Klang Elektronik, and Traum. 
Over the past two decades, Jirku has built a strong repertoire with his exploratory approach to music, experimenting across genres to develop a sound he can call his own.

“Touching the Sublime” is the culmination of this work, with material transformed through performance, experience and introspection. 
Inspired by his explorations of the remote wilderness that surrounds his home in Vancouver, Canada, Jirku evokes the philosophical concept of the sublime, where an overwhelming experience of awe confronts us with the limits of our rational minds. 
The album is a synesthetic auditory expression of Romantic era prose and stories of early alpinism. Bringing epic orchestral compositions and intimate guitar passages together with Jirku’s unique sense of space and texture, “Touching the Sublime” draws from his most important collaborators and influences to create a uniquely personal result. 

The album is accompanied by a limited edition photo book, where, as an accomplished photographer, Jirku has captured the landscapes and vistas that have been his inspiration.

Atomic moog - Weeping In Dreams

Diego Santin aka THEOREM is a DJ and producer living in a small village on the Maggiore lake. 
He has a quite long experience as DJ both in Italy and abroad, where he had the opportunity to be contaminated with different perspectives of the international electronic music scene.
Inspired by his continuous traveling, his selection focuses on ethereal, atmospheric and introspective tracks able to spread an immersive lightness throughout the entire dance floor. 
You can guess his past life as an engineer through his sounds characterized by a minimalistic, schematic and mathematic style of composition.
He is one of the founders of @clausuramilano, a monthly party and podcast channel based in Milan that has the aim of spreading a deep and hypnotic techno sound in town.
He had been resident Dj for “q|Lab”, the most visionary and dynamic LGBTQ party in Milan while he is invited as a guest in other clubs and venues.
