This is the first mix from my reactivated side project "Between Human And Machine". BHAM is the symbiosis of humans with analog and digital machines and the result of organic sounds. The music I’m creating has both equal parts of analogue machines and human input. In a sense, while producing, I'm becoming a ‘human machine’ by becoming one with technological tools at hand. The artwork is created by an AI.

His music reveals hidden depths upon contemplation, beckons listeners into an organic universe of shifting sound.

For Tresher, melody is not just a mere component; it's the foundation upon which he builds his sonic worlds. "Melody always allows you to bring something new to the music," he asserts. "It is where you can create something real and different, whereas the beat… well, either a record grooves or it doesn't." Embracing a unique approach, he crafts musical narratives that eschew predictable earworms, opting instead for intricate lines that weave and repeat, unveiling their secrets with each attentive ear.
Tresher's latest EP for Cocoon, 'Black Halo,' and its mesmerizing B-side 'Phantom Dancer,' epitomise his fascination with contrast. Within these tracks, the onset of bliss gracefully dances between melancholy and hope, a reflection of Tresher's nuanced perspective on club music.

Over the past decade, the German-Filipino DJ and producer Wigbert has been forging a strong reputation as an inventive, versatile artist, skills that have seen him submit remixes for the likes of Gregor Tresher and Pan-Pot themselves, while achieving plenty of support from Dubfire, who has released a handful of Wigbert’s EPs on his own SCI+TEC label. Wigbert started his career in the early 2000’s and was inspired from the Techno and Electro sound. Over the years Wigbert went on to find his own style amongst the many genres and found the home in hypnotic and deep Techno. The music Wigbert creates has both equal parts of analogue machines and human input. Wigbert released his debut LP “Distorted Matter” in 2021 and showcases his affinity for both atmospheric mood pieces and pummeling club cuts, the sign of a producer with more than one trick up his sleeve. Stepping up for his first full-length, Wigbert demonstrates why he’s a firm favorite among so many.
