The Ego

This one was originally inspired by a song by Ocie and Elliot who are a male-female duo and both singers. In one of their songs the female vocal harmonises over the male main vocal all the way through the song. I really wanted to try that too.
This is a duet.... my first duet. Mark 'doesn't sing' but here is this song! And for this one, Mark wrote the lyrics, also a very rare event.

6 and a half minutes of raw mayhem, bolstered by Mr Jon Martin on the keys, this is a song about the love of music...when you get a good tune in your head, when you feel inspired, to paste over the shite that the real world has to offer, its astrange world we live in these days. I have a chair. and it is indeed the musical place to be. This rips my throat to ribbons so always saved until the end of a show! Hello Soundcloud, thanks for the Listens, Likes and Support. Im from Melbourne Australia, I have been playing guitar for many years now and played in two bands during the 80's & 90's (STOLEN CAR original) & (STORM cover),both bands never released any material. Since 2010 i have been writing songs and tunes and recording them in my music room (3rd Bedroom), i play Guitar, Bass, Keys, BFD2 Drums(programmed)and Vocals on all of my songs which i class as Demo's, I love all types of music but Hard Rock, Rock to Alternative appeals to me most.
