Sunset Drifters honcho Fio Fa rolls through with nearly 2 hours of wobbly tech grooves and bouncy club cuts. The Dublin-based DJ and producer has created a sick little microcosm with his studio work, producing timeless, modern-day club sounds while taking hints from hard house, trance, progressive house and tech house from the late 90s/early 2000s. It’s getting hot when Welsh DJ, producer, artist Mark Newman alias Running Hot steps on the ones and twos to share his 90s infused House-sound and Marks knows the golden era of electronic music quite well. As a regular in the Berlin club-scene, where he moved a while back from London, as well as being home in clubs and on dance floors around the globe, he’s maybe not seen it all but definitely left his mark. Aside from his highly praised DJ-skills Mark has a small but excellent discography with all his EPs being self-released. His remixes though have been out on labels like Jitter, Fauve and Rhode & Brown’s Slam City Jams. In-between all his tasks Mark found the time to chat with Torture the Artist about his Berlin-move, digging records/ music, his relationship to the Love on the Rocks-crew as well as the early days of Running Hot. Additionally he mixed and compiled the latest edition of the art:cast-series.

Here we have the last set for now from this year's Nachtipod series from Olganitz. @moopie, even though it was his first time at this place, understood it immediately. His set at the lake was a pure joy for the dancers - less techno tunnel, more bouncy, less trippy, more looking right and left(field).
He paired vintage prog with dreamy electro that morning and even ventured slightly into italo territories. Well it's all rave and in the end Moopie's greatest talent is knowing exactly what that one track is that people need most right now.
