This is a guided visualization for releasing any pain and suffering in the body and mind, filling those places with healing violet energy and becoming whole.  It takes place in the open plane of a desert at night so if you have a phobia of being alone in a desert, please refrain from participating in this specific meditation. Thanks for listening.

This meditation was inspired by the practice of Rajyoga Meditation.  It focuses on identifying as the soul, the point of light that you are, rather than the body we usually identify as.  I hope you enjoy the ride.

This is a guided meditation for deep self care, and connecting with your inner child in a nurturing, nourishing way. 

Inner Child Meditation

This page will be used for two types of recordings:
1. Guided Meditation/Visualization - usually heavy on creative imagery, sometimes solely for relaxation and sometimes with an intention toward healing
2. Hypnotherapy - usually beginning with a simple relaxing induction followed by leading questions to take you to specific places/memories and then very positive post-hypnotic suggestions, tailored to the type of recording it is. (i.e. specific phobias/attachments to be released)
