Aio” (Io), inarguably, is the volcanic master of our solar system. Her internal heat is generated by a mechanism known as tidal heating. Jupiter’s immense gravitational pull, amplified by two other moons, tears Aio’s innards apart, turning solid rock into molten magma which erupts spectacularly on her surface, producing eruption plumes that reach higher than Mount Everest. 
The “Aio” of planet earth is a young and fiery globetrotting forest-darkpsy dj, producer and promoter living in the frozen city of Montreal, Canada. Having had a rich musical background, “Aio” is bringing a new level of quality and heat to her dance floors worldwide. She strings together music to create an inner dialogue that she then humbly presents to her crowd. Every show is a unique experience deserving of its own story and by selecting the richest and most notable music, she is able to relentlessly keep her dance floor on fire till the early hours of the morning.
In Montreal, “Aio” has taken also taken an active leadership role in contributing to the community by hosting her own high quality psychedelic parties with her event production collective. Each event is geared towards helping encourage the psychedelic community in getting proactive and involved in local community projects and discourages passive and mindless consumerism. She has hosted international acts on her stages including Twisted Kala (Portugal), Mind Distortion System (Belgium), Sishiva (Greece), Naima (Austria), Reflection (Australia), Bwoy De Bhajan (Denmark), Daksinamurti (Germany), Kabayun (USA), Whitebear (Australia, Dela Moontribe (USA), Nibana (France) and many many more. With full throttle enthusiasm and adrenaline, she continues on her journey of bringing people together under the premise that we all work in symbiosis to strengthen our community.

Cradled by the psychedelic scene, at first DJing and after a year and a half, the Oyaji project was born. Inspired by the groovy, festive and sometimes darker tones of my favorite artists, this is the direction my project took within only a few minutes of reflection.
After months of preparation and unfailing support from Patronus Record, I am proud to finally present my first EP "Sonic Tales". Including two solo tracks and a collaboration with my brother Eklips. A journey between different cultures and mythologies, which I hope will thrill your senses.
