"Obsidian Pathways" is an extended journey of the MECHANICAL SPECIES live set, performed at the Forestdelic Label Night in Mexico, November 2024. This mix traverses the full spectrum of psytrance, beginning with groovy morning grooves and ascending into the immersive depths of full psychedelia, offering a seamless exploration of sonic dimensions. The Mechanical Species project is the culmination of 14 years of audionomic exploration. His style is diverse, stretching from dusk to dawn, and is characterized by storytelling, often incorporating melodic elements and unpredictable compositions. He is well known for his energetic live performances, which have been experienced at parties and festivals in 17 countries worldwide.  As one of the early members of Forestdelic Records, he played a key role in shaping the Forestdelic sound. Additionally, he collaborates with a wide range of artists and labels from across the globe.

After moving to Psyland from planet earth Human beings have been subjugated by technology and social media.
Completely lobotomized by Reels of cats who are now worshipped as Gods on Earth,
Many species are now extinct and with humans now rendered harmless the future of the planet seems doomed.
The daunting task of reviving its fortunes is entrusted in the paws of one species, the only one still able to stand against feline dominance, The Dogs. In the year 2100, a great battle was fought, which saw cats and dogs clash,
but the former played dirty, bribing humans and turning them against each other, in doing so they won the battle.
Gradually the dogs were driven to the brink of extinction. But now there is a dog, a new hero who stands against all this.

He is Ray V . Caine!
Will our hero be there to free human beings from the clutches of the ruthless felines and restore peace and freedom to Psyland?

Beneath the moonlit sky, where the air is thick with the scent of damp earth and ancient pine, there lies a forest unlike any other. This is the Indigenous Forest, a living, breathing realm steeped in the wisdom of millennia. It is here, between the tall, gnarled trees, where the veil between worlds grows thin, and the creatures of myth and legend roam free. As the golden rays of dawn pierced through the canopy, a chorus of birdsong filled the air, weaving an intricate tapestry of melody. The villagers nearby often spoke of it in hushed tones, warning tales of strange sounds echoing between the trunks, a harmony that seemed to grow and shift as night falls, as if the very woods were alive with music. The wisdom of the Ancient Ones, the elders of the forest, is whispered by the wind, carried on the rustling leaves, and echoed in the songs of the nocturnal creatures. Each step you take is a step deeper into the Sacred Realm, where time bends, and the rules of the material world no longer apply. Parvati family is back with NOCTILUS from Germany who just released his new product ‘Forest Tales – season 1‘ – 2 solo track and one in collaboration with Mubali.

Noctilus is a project formed by Georg Bauer from Berlin, Germany.
Born in an artist family, he early came into contact with music, attended a music high school, where he was teached in playing piano, music theory and music history. Beside he was playing bass guitar in several bands.

He came to earth in Berlin. But having grown up close to the „Goa Highway“ in northern germany he started to visit psy trance events in 2001… After studying music in Rostock, nothern germany, he started to produce electronic music with a passion for psy trance and downbeat in 2005 and came back to Berlin in 2007.

Now he is running the two projects Noctilus and Nocti Luca succesfully and is playing around europe and beyond, but also producing for movie soundtracks and similar jobs.

With Noctilus he creates a style wich is serving groovy moving basslines and a soundworld on top, that seems to be taken directly out of a forest. Frogs, birds, any kind of creatures talking to you and to each other, jumping around in mystical atmospheres, driven by twisting elements… Playing around 148-152 bpm, creating dark, serious and deep moments, but always keeping a friendly attitude, Noctilus is making you spin and smile on the dancefloor…

The winter solstice (or hibernal solstice), also known as midwinter, occurs when one of the Earth's poles has its maximum tilt away from the Sun. The winter solstice is the day with the shortest period of daylight and longest night of the year, when the Sun is at its lowest daily maximum elevation in the sky. Since prehistory, the winter solstice has been seen as a significant time of year in many cultures, and has been marked by festivals and rituals. It marked the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun.

Marco Riipi aka ‘’Shenanigan” was born 1991 and raised in Sweden. At an early age he began listening to a variety of electronic music. By 2006 he finished his first track using the program Fruity loops and after some time producing Hardstyle he began going to local Psytrance parties and it immediately captivated his imagination. 

He has played at numerous parties and festivals in Sweden and Denmark, for instance Forest Star, Spiritz of The Jungle, Skogen Kallar, Electronic Culture. After releasing 2 EP’s at Maharetta Records and 1 EP at Sangoma Records plus a lot of tracks on different VA’s he has now built a solid foundation of his undeniably unique and elegant style demonstrates his clear understanding and apperception for all elements of the modern psychedelic trance.

Eeriegeist is a forest psychedelic trance project developed by the young mind of Sebastian Salas residing in Mexico City. His first impressions on psychedelic music were on 2013, since that and after a few years experimenting with sound and improving his production techniques, the project takes his sonic exploration to a more groovy and deep psychedelic context managed through a complex arrange of carefully designed psychedelia.
