It takes sheer grit to make it in the real world, sometimes getting dirty creates our ability to endure and rise from our oppression. Life is sometimes hard, and in 2020 that became more true for more people. This set is dedicated to our own interpretation redefining our experiences to create a more beautiful world. This is a dirty world, we've created a mess, we are still here, let's get dirty to help our planet and all living beings. We protect what is "private", maybe it is what we do not want to see, the parts that are "hard" to face.  May we lift each other up and look real "hard" - straight into the eyes of the dragon and learn not to pee in our pants, becoming warriors through music and dance.

M.I.A. (Missing In Action) This set is curated and dedicated to the journey and path of recovery, healing and support for those who suffer from the trauma of Mental Illness and Addiction (M.I.A.).  The severe pain and confusion that the person suffering experiences is often unbearable - some will find there way to full recovery others will be M.I.A. forever.  Families, friends and communities are effected and suffering.  For those struggling to find their way home to peace, recovery, balance, self management, self love, acceptance, community and access for all to solution oriented and supportive resources for you and your family... may you find the rhythms and beats to your healing process, may you find the personal power to commit to your recovery, the dedication to the practice of self care and self love and the sense of responsibility, passion and courage to find your personal reason to choose a well life and to live fully as a whole and sober person who seeks support and resources by those who can help with your process - turning to love and turning into love.  Dance your way home to healing yourself and making the world a safer and more beautiful place to be a part of the human race.

This 2 hour ecstatic dance set has eclectic sounds.  Journeys into the profound - it was played live, curated and recorded at Ecstatic Dance Silicon Valley.  No sleep the night before, laid on ice packs, shaking out a fever.  Rocked the snot out of it in the morning, packing the dance sleigh, heading out of home base under the night sky on the CA coast, arriving in the valley at sun rise, my son took a flight into the same sky while I DJ'd below.  A sold out incredible deep dive dance journey, solid commit with high energies and big beats, EDM, pop, dance, electronic, world, classical, new age, ambient, R&B Soul, contemporary jazz, singer song writer, local and international musicians.

A warm up set from 2018 comes to the forefront to be shared in a new age as we find a new way.  The dawn of our awakening as individuals in a modern world and a society seeking balance, shredded and forgotten the native prophetic.  A desperate need to embody, reconnect to earth and be found.  A deep sound calls from the earth to all beings through shamanic voices, music, rhythms and natures sounds.  The Divine eternity beckons, her sonic voice calling all hearts to feel stars and dust - the sprinkling of miracles and particles mixed by the universe.  Remaking meaning, retrieving our spirit and courage to love and live fully again.

As a DJ, sacred space holder, circle facilitator for small and large groups, and channel for transformative energies, DJ Wild Zen's impact extends beyond the dance floor. Drawing on her lifelong immersion in music, including studying trumpet, piano, and dance, she has been instrumental in pioneering conscious community initiatives, such as community learning and healing circles, and establishing movement and music communities in Northern California since 2009. Through founding ventures like A Shamanic Disco®, Club Conscious®, (ED) Ecstatic Dance Santa Cruz, Silicon Valley, Inner Freedom Nashville, and Wild Zen Organizing, she brings conscious living to life. Both on and off the dance floor, she creates spaces where revelers can tap into their power for freedom, healing, and transcendence.

In her hands, music becomes a conduit for healing, connection, and collective evolution, offering a glimpse into the boundless possibilities of the human spirit.
